Accordingly, The Wizzen have set up a non-profit (and possibly, in the future, a charitable) organization that owns and is responsible for the MOO.<p>From the perspective of outside organizations we are a legal entity, not just a loose collection of people. Incorporating as a non-profit organization increases our ability to acquire relationships with other entities. It also protects the MOO from other people or entities who might try to claim it.<p>With this change came many good things. After we had done this, Industry Canada granted us <A HREF="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "ic-patent.html")%>">the letters patent</A> for <I>MOO Canada</I>. The director's meeting minutes have not been posted.</p><H2>2002 Members' Meeting</H2><p>On August 17th, 2002, Moo Canada Inc. conducted its annual members meeting at the annual picnic (view <a href="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "member02.txt")%>">the minutes</a>). There was no need for a director's meeting this year.</p><H2>2001 Directors' and Members' Meetings.</H2><p>On August 18th, 2001, MOO Canada Inc. conducted its members and directors meetings. For once, these meetings were held not online, but at MOO Canada's corporate headquarters in Ottawa. The annual general members' meeting was held first (view <a href="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "member01.txt")%>">the minutes</a>), interrupted in the middle by a brief but pointful Director's meeting (view <a href="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "director01.txt")%>">the minutes</a>) after which the members meeting resumed and finished its business.</p> <H2>2000 Directors' and Members' Meetings.</H2><p>On August 28th, 2000, MOO Canada Inc conducts its second set of official meetings. First there was the annual general members' meeting (view <a href="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "member00.txt")%>">the minutes</a>), immediately followed by a brief and useless Directors' meeting (view <a href="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "director00.txt")%>">the minutes</a>).</p><H2>1999 Directors' and Members' Meetings.</H2><p>On Tuesday August 17th 1999, Moo Canada Inc conducted its first set of official meetings. First there was a Directors' meeting (view <A HREF="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "director99.txt")%>">the minutes</A>), immediately followed by a Members' meeting (view <A HREF="<%=$www:fileURL(this, "member99.txt")%>">the minutes</A>).
