If you are planning to be away from the MOO for more than a week and you don't want all your stuff to expire, use the vacation machine.Just type 'activate machine' before you log off for the last time. Every day that you don't log on it will automatically extend each of your objects for another 24 hours.To prevent people from abusing the machine, it will not start extending your stuff until you have been gone for a week. Therefore it is important to @extend all your objects that have a shelf life of less than 7 days.Please note that your character (and all your stuff) will be recycled if you leave the MOO for more than three months - regardless of whether you activate the vacation machine or not. |
