MadHatter (#8371)

The MadHatter is a strange looking person. S/He wears a bright green robe which has sleeves which are far too long, fairly short, messy silver hair, nearly-glowing green eyes and a crazed look about him/her. From his/her cloak s/he seems capable of pulling a nearly endless supply of hats.
There is no way in the entire moo universe that this person could be called sane.

S/He is asleep.
S/He is carrying self destruct.
