Mouse utilities (#9264)

These are some useful verbs that one can use while coding the genes of mice in the Genetics Lab. If you wish to contribute a verb to $mouse_utils, send a note to Dax.

For a complete description of a given verb, do `help $string_utils:verbname'
:opposite_sex() => a list of all mice in the cage not of the given sex.
:verb_owners() => a list with the three owners of a mouse's gene verbs.
<img src=">ool_owners() => a list of all owners of the particular gene.

Also: When coding genes the cage can either be referred to as this.location or as $cage.
