Generic Gamer's Dice (#8603)

Generic Gamer's Dice:
You can roll up to 99 dice with an infinite amount of sides. You can choose to keep any number of the highest rolls, and whether or not the dice will explode on their highest side.
Example: [Roll dice with 5k3] - Rolls 5 dice and keeps the higest 3.
Example: [Options on dice] - Lists dice options, and allows changes.
