Percival (#4948)

A tall, broadshouldered man with green eyes and darkbrown hair. He wears a darkblue tunic, darkblue pants and black boots. He seems to be slightly out of time and place. A short dagger is attached to his belt and a small pouch dangles at his side. A black, hooded cape covers up most of his appearance.
He carries a book that is entitled 'MOO Magic'. You get the impression he is some sort of teacher.
Maybe if you ask him, he would be able to unveil some of the magic that MOO is....

He is asleep.
He is carrying Magic Pouch, Tricorder, and badge (being worn).
