I believe $msg:_one_sub was written to duplicate all substitutions performed in $string_utils:pronoun_sub. However, the $msg verb fails to process verb conjugations ("%<runs/run>").
I've copied $msg:_one_sub to my player object (#3465:_one_sub) and added a few lines of code, 28-30, that I think will provide the missing functionality.
After verification, I request my changes be incorporated into $msg:_one_sub.
