Yes. We changed servers, and the new server has a few behaviours that
the old server doesn't have. However, it lacks the 'crash-every-few-hours'
behaviour, which I feel is key.

The definition of ctime() has changed, so #24:ctime() doesn't work anymore.
I've asked Dax to fix this problem, but you can work around it by
explicitly setting your timezone. I think that @tz is broken, but
you can eval me.timezone_spec="EDT". You can also list verbs by going
to the webpage for the verb, e.g. http://moo.ca/12:@tz.
